Superficial Air Flotation Machine (SAF)

Superficial air flotation machine has advanced design and excellent performance. It is one of the key processes in water supply and drainage treatment process and solid-liquid separation.     Features

    SAF main structure: The main engine of the super-efficient shallow flotation equipment refers to the separation part of the flotation equipment, including: tank body, scum collection device, overflow regulating device, rotating water inlet and water distribution mechanism, etc.
    1. Low water flow rate - the speed of water relative to the pool wall is close to zero, and there is no agitation on the water in the pool, so that the particles in the water float or settle in a static state, the purification volume is large and the degree is high, and the suspended matter removal rate is more than 90%;
    2. High dissolved gas utilization rate - using a high-pressure dissolved gas pipe, the unit dissolved gas rate is as high as 90%, and the flotation effect is good.
    3. The effective water depth is shallow, and there is no interference in floating - the water depth is generally 650-850mm; the floating path is short, the resistance is small, and the speed is fast.
    4. The structure is ingenious and reasonable. The skimmer bucket - the spiral slag bucket has little agitation and good effect.
    5. Easy installation and maintenance - small footprint, light unit load, prefabricated component assembly, low installation and maintenance costs, and easy cleaning.

    Working Principle

    The high-efficiency SAF device is a device that successfully applies core technologies such as "shallow theory", "high-efficiency dissolved air and bubble generation technology", and "zero-speed principle". It is an efficient and fast solid-liquid separation equipment designed through careful design. Its principle is to dissolve the gas into the water to the maximum extent under certain pressure conditions, close to the saturation state, and then release the pressure dissolved gas water through the high-efficiency releaser to produce a large number of micro bubbles, which are fully in contact with the suspended flocs in the water. The bubbles and flocs adhere together, float the flocs on the water surface, form scum and skim off. The liquid level of the flotation tank is only 450-600mm, and the hydraulic retention time is only 3-5min, which greatly shortens the retention time and improves the flotation efficiency. With advanced design and excellent performance, the shallow flotation machine is widely used in sewage treatment systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, steel, leather, electricity, textile, food, brewing, and municipal administration. It is an alternative to traditional flotation equipment.
