Working Principle
A special rake assembles a series of spinning screen chains, and the screen dirt remover is made up of a driving device, rake mechanism, equipment frame, etc. The rake chain turns in the opposite direction of the water flow, propelled by the motor reducer. Each pair of rakes creates a somewhat self-cleaning action when the rake chain reaches the upper portion of the apparatus because of the direction provided by the curved rail and the groove wheel, and the majority of the solid matter falls naturally.The direction of water flow through a rake chain is comparable to that of a grille. The conditions of use can determine which rake gap is put on the rake chain shaft. The rake can guarantee a smooth water flow by separating the solid suspended materials in the fluid. The entire process of working may be sporadic or continuous.
