1000m³/d soybean product wastewater treatment project installation acceptance

The 1000m³/d sewage treatment project of Henan Pangpang Food Co., Ltd. mainly treats wastewater generated from the production of soy products.

From the grating channel of the factory sewage treatment system to the disinfection outlet; this plan involves comprehensive wastewater treatment process design, civil facilities design, equipment configuration, electrical design, investment estimation, operating cost analysis, construction period and services, etc.

 

On December 27, the 1000m³/d soy product wastewater treatment project (Pangpang Food) undertaken by our company successfully passed the installation acceptance under the organization of the owner and us, and will then enter the commissioning stage.

Pangpang Food wastewater mainly comes from the production process of tofu, bean skin and other soy products. The characteristics of the wastewater are as follows:

 

(1) Water quality and quantity change greatly with time. The amount of wastewater generated varies greatly with the season and day and hour. Most soy products are processed in one shift. The flow is large and the concentration is high during the day, while the flow is small and the concentration is low at night.

(2) High organic content, good biodegradability, and high content of suspended solids. Error! The link is invalid.

 

To sum up, the analysis shows that:

① its wastewater contains COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and total nitrogen, and SS as the main pollutants;

② It is a typical organic and biochemical wastewater.

The newly built part of the treatment route of this project is: the comprehensive treatment technology of "grill canal + collection tank + air flotation machine + regulating tank + UASB tank + hydrolysis acidification tank + AO + secondary sedimentation tank + discharge" to ensure that wastewater can meet the design effluent requirements .
