Features

Working Principle
The impeller of this equipment is directly connected to the main shaft of the motor, and the motor drives the impeller to rotate. The pressurized air supplied by the blower is sent to the impeller through the movable air duct. It is crushed into tiny bubbles under the high speed of the impeller. The bubbles and the surrounding water are strongly mixed and radiate in a wave-shaped curve under the action of the rotor. The stator channel can ensure that the water-gas mixture is evenly distributed in the aeration tanks with different shapes and structures. At the same time, the strong floc flow generated by the rotor ensures the ideal oxygen transfer effect and continuously promotes the mixing of water, air and activated sludge in the tank. Biochemical effect, thereby achieving rapid decontamination effect. Due to the high-speed rotation of the impeller, centrifugal force is generated. Under the action of centrifugal force, a negative pressure is formed around the impeller, thereby generating self-suction force. This reduces the equipment's air supply pressure requirements for the blower, which can usually be equal to the water depth, significantly reducing power consumption compared to traditional equipment.
The submersible aerator is mainly composed of a reduction motor, air inlet, air duct, base assembly, conical impeller, air supply system, electronic control system, etc.

The hybrid mixing aerator is suitable for industrial wastewater treatment with various pollution loads and aerobic aeration engineering design applications. It can function in a water depth range of 4 meters to 20 meters. The motor power is 5.5-22KW. The cover shell is made of stainless steel. in petrochemical wastewater treatment, some special materials are usually selected.
